  • Your 10 Digit Text-Enabled Business Telephone Number i.e. (559) 272-0500
  • Employer Tax Identification Number - EIN example: 59-1234567 (Required for registration and MUST match information on file with IRS)
  • Operating/Marketing business name used in communicating with customers, marketing materials, and non-legal documents
  • The legal name for the business that matches the company's tax documents associated with the EIN. It MUST match information on file with the IRS.
  • Associated with EIN. MUST match information on file with the IRS. It frequently is not the address associated with the physical business location.
